Junior Software Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Software Engineer to join our team at C365Cloud. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting and parsing data from PDF documents and mapping it accurately into our database in line with agreed client specifications. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of the C# code that powers our templating process. • Map and input extracted data accurately into the database, ensuring consistency and completeness
• Work with XML to structure and validate data during the extraction and templating process
• Write, maintain, and debug C# code to support and automate the templating workflow
• Identify and flag discrepancies between source documents and specifications
• Collaborate with team members and senior analysts to resolve data and code queries
• Continuously develop your understanding of client specifications and templating standards
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of templating processes and quality standards

Do you have experience in XML?, * A working knowledge of C# - able to read, write, and debug basic code

• A working knowledge of XML - understanding of structure, tags, and data formatting
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical and accurate approach to data handling
• Experience with data entry or document processing is desirable but not essential
• Comfortable working with PDF documents and extracting information from varied formats
• Good IT literacy and the ability to learn internal systems and tools quickly
• Able to follow detailed written specifications and work to a consistent standard
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively, You don’t need years of experience - we’re looking for someone who is precise, reliable, and eager to learn.
