Job description
- Configure, test, implement, and optimize Workday functionality.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and processes.
- Support implementation, testing, data validation, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
- Troubleshoot complex configuration and production issues.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing production needs.
- Strong hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
- Core HCM, organizations, staffing, positions, and job structures.
- Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Performance.
- Business Process configuration and security.
- Reporting, calculated fields, and dashboards.
- Testing, releases, optimization, and production support.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of relevant Workday/enterprise application experience.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong hands-on Workday configuration expertise in HCM.
- Workday implementation, optimization, or major system initiative experience.
- Strong business analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Healthcare or higher education experience
- Workday certifications are valued, but hands-on configuration and implementation experience is the priority.
