Configure, test, implement, and optimize Workday functionality.
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and processes.
Support implementation, testing, data validation, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
Troubleshoot complex configuration and production issues.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, IT, and business stakeholders.
Support Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing production needs.
Deep hands-on Workday Payroll configuration and implementation experience.
Pay groups, calendars, earnings, deductions, payroll taxes, and tax jurisdictions.
Payroll accounting and GL mapping.
Retroactive and off-cycle payroll.
Time Tracking, Absence, and Benefits touchpoints.
Parallel payroll testing, reconciliation, cutover, and go-live.
EIBs and payroll-related data conversion.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll requirements.

5-7+ years of relevant Workday/enterprise application experience.
Bachelor’s degree
Strong hands-on Workday configuration expertise in Payroll.
Workday implementation, optimization, or major system initiative experience.
Strong business analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Healthcare or higher education experience
Workday certifications are valued, but hands-on configuration and implementation experience is the priority.
