Systems Analyst

You’ll join our Internal IT Systems Team, supporting colleagues across the UK and Europe while gaining exposure to key business systems and projects.

• Own and resolve 2nd line support tickets with a strong focus on user experience
• Provide support across internal systems including ConnectWise, BrightGauge, QuoteWerks, Exchequer and Propel
• Work closely with senior engineers to maintain, improve, and secure core platforms
• Support system performance, availability and upgrades
• Assist with automation, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to internal IT projects across a range of technologies
• Help produce reporting and management insights, * A 2nd Line Analyst feeling ready for the next step
• Someone who enjoys troubleshooting but wants more ownership and impact

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• A genuine interest in systems, integrations, and automation
• Basic knowledge of networking, security, or scripting (PowerShell desirable).
• Curiosity and a desire to move beyond service desk into systems
