Job description

• We are seeking an IT Support / Desktop Support Specialist to provide onsite and remote technical support across an enterprise IT environment for our key State client.
• The role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user issues while supporting computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and collaboration/AV equipment., * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.
• Provide support for Windows 10/11, Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word, and MS Teams.
• Support Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
• Assist with video conferencing, MS Teams/Zoom/GoTo, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Maintain IT asset tracking and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with IT teams on projects and technology initiatives.
• Provide onsite support and travel to remote locations as needed.
• Participate in evening/weekend after-hours on-call rotation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enterprise IT/Desktop Support experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus., * Do you have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and/or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)?
