Part-Time Drug Testing Collector / Office Assistant

ARCpoint Labs of Wilmington, DE is seeking a dependable, organized, and personable team member to assist with drug testing, fingerprinting, customer service, and daily office operations.

This is a hands-on role with varied responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with clients, following detailed procedures, and helping keep the lab clean, organized, and running smoothly. This position does not involve blood draws or phlebotomy services.

Responsibilities

• Perform drug testing collections following required procedures.
• Provide fingerprinting services.
• Verify client identification and accurately complete collection paperwork.
• Greet clients, answer phones, and assist with questions and scheduling.
• Prepare invoices and assist with billing and payment follow-up.
• Complete data entry, maintain records, and provide general office support.
• Clean and sanitize collection areas, workspaces, and equipment.
• Monitor and restock supplies.
• Protect confidential client information.
• Assist with other daily operational tasks as needed.

• Consistent availability Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and office software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Comfortable handling urine specimens and maintaining a clean testing environment.
• Previous experience in drug testing, fingerprinting, healthcare administration, or customer service is a plus.
