IT Technician

• Work with customers to resolve all PC hardware, software and basic networking problems
• Maintain components of the network infrastructure including basic Linux and Windows server admin, server patching, and implementation and administration of VPN devices and clients
• Provision new hire accounts and computers, and de-provision terminated user accounts in a timely, effective fashion and in accordance with set procedures
• Manage tickets throughout their life cycle while providing excellent customer service to ensure user satisfaction with resolutions, and documenting all steps taken for internal tracking
• Coordinate with other technicians to ensure uniform support experience with consistent high-quality customer service
• Maintain excellent rapport and strong business relationships with cross-functional contacts
• Plan and implement IT projects, and collectively resolve pending technical issues

MSP experience preferred, * Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

• Highly self-motivated and resourceful with strong ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Able to work flexible hours
• Able to regularly lift/move electronic and related equipment weighing up to 60 lbs
• Must have reliable transporation to work at our office and customer sites. (Rose City Solutions reimburses for fuel).

While not required a CCNA, Network+ and A+ are preferred.
