Job description

Join a small, senior team building enterprise AI infrastructure - specifically a platform that gives AI agents reliable, governed, real-time context over complex business data. As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll own product surfaces end-to-end, from the interfaces engineers and customers interact with to the APIs and data models powering them. Your work directly shapes how users understand and trust the platform., * Own complete product surfaces end-to-end: UI, APIs, and underlying data models.

  • Make complex distributed system behavior legible and fast through well-crafted interfaces and APIs.
  • Split your time roughly 60% on frontend and API layer work, 40% on backend services.
  • Define architecture, ship to production, monitor behavior, and own fixes when things break.
  • Make product and design calls independently - no handed-down specs or design files.

Requirements

  • 5+ years building and shipping full-stack applications in production.
  • Genuine full-stack capability - comfortable going deep on distributed systems while also crafting polished UIs.
  • Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or equivalent).
  • Backend service development experience in Python, Go, Node.js, Java, or equivalent.
  • Experience designing APIs and data models that expose complex backend behavior intuitively.
  • Strong architectural judgment - you can pick a direction, ship it, and own it in production.
  • Comfort with ambiguity; you thrive without detailed specs and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Experience with databases and data modeling for systems requiring real-time performance.
  • Nice to have: experience with knowledge graphs, semantic systems, or graph databases; distributed systems, real-time inference, or agent-based systems; developer-facing or infrastructure products; enterprise data integration.
