Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service at Mango hair studio Lake Nona

We are looking for an experienced, professional, and confident Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy salon team.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of receptionist/front desk experience
• Salon, spa, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and pleasant personality
• Comfortable with small talk and building relationships with clients
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Able to manage 12 stylists, multiple clients, phone calls, appointments, and check-outs simultaneously
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email, and scheduling software
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Professional maturity and strong sense of responsibility, * Associate (Preferred), * Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
