Technical Support Specialist

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers while working closely with Sales, Engineering, and other internal teams., * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

• Provide technical support by phone, email, and other communication methods
• Work with Sales and Engineering teams to identify and resolve customer issues
• Document issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Assist with customer training and provide guidance on best practices
• Create and maintain technical support resources and training materials
• Provide technical support to internal departments as needed

• Previous technical or hands-on experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• 3-7 years of experience with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of electrical diagrams and mechanical/plumbing systems preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to think quickly and find effective solutions
