Job description

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Harness CI/CD pipelines
Develop reusable pipeline templates and deployment standards
Integrate Harness with Git, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, artifact repositories, security tools, and monitoring platforms
Migrate legacy Jenkins and other CI/CD pipelines to Harness
Implement automated deployment, verification, rollback, and release strategies
Troubleshoot build, deployment, infrastructure, and pipeline issues
Establish CI/CD best practices and DevOps standards
Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams
Support enterprise DevOps and cloud transformation initiatives

Requirements

Harness GitOps / Argo CD experience
Experience migrating Jenkins or other CI/CD pipelines to Harness
Harness RBAC, governance, secrets, connectors, delegates, and reusable pipeline templates
AWS EKS or Azure AKS experience
DevSecOps experience
Experience with SonarQube, Snyk, Aqua, Prisma Cloud, or similar security platforms
Experience with Nexus, JFrog Artifactory, or other artifact repositories
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or similar observability platforms
Experience working in large enterprise environments
