Integration Analyst - IT Integration Office (ITIO)

We are seeking an experienced Integration Analyst to support the IT Integration Office (ITIO). This role focuses on IT governance, operational integration, process standardization, metrics, and data-driven reporting across the IT organization., * Lead IT governance and integration initiatives aligned to organizational strategy and IT standards.

• Translate leadership objectives into executable IT plans, metrics, and governance controls.
• Define, map, and document IT processes, workflows, and supporting data sets.
• Design and implement standardized IT processes to enable repeatable health assessments, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Partner with IT, Security, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure integrated governance and consistent data definitions.
• Support IT operational (“homeroom”) processes to improve data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making.
• Drive IT compliance initiatives, including audit readiness, benchmarking, reconciliations, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee IT vendor relationships and software contracts, including license tracking, renewals, utilization monitoring, and compliance.
• Support special IT initiatives related to system integration, operational improvement, and cost optimization.

The ideal candidate brings strong IT operational knowledge, experience working with cross-functional technical teams, and the ability to translate strategic direction into scalable, compliant IT processes., * Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant IT or business systems experience, or equivalent

• Experience supporting IT operations, governance, or enterprise systems
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IT governance frameworks (ITIL, ISO, CMMC, etc.)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting/analytics skills
• Experience supporting IT audits, controls, or compliance programs
• Background in IT operations, systems analysis, or IT business management
