Cybersecurity/IT Administrator

Support information technology operations:

· Perform or delegate investigation of IT requests.

· Identify network and system resource performance issues.

· Capable of determining root cause of IT related challenges.

· Support cybersecurity policies and practices.

· Communicate successfully with a diverse group of people.

Perform periodic maintenance and reviews:

· Contribute to risk assessments.

· Perform cybersecurity audits.

· Support inventory management of IT assets.

· Verify backups are successful.

· Ensure updates and system changes are successfully implemented.

Idealize and plan for the direction of IT infrastructure:

· Research infrastructure improvement opportunities.

· Provide insight regarding new technologies and methods.

· Exhibit keen organizational skills.

· Capable of planning out the steps of a longer-term vision.

Qualifications / Requirements

· 5 to 7 years of experience maintaining IT Infrastructure.

· A two year technical degree

· Microsoft Server, Exchange, Active Directory, MS Terminal services as well as DHCP, DNS, etc.

· Demonstrated leadership; Capacity to lead a team of 1 to 3 people.

· Proficient communication skills.

· Willingness to research and learn technology.

· Must have keen attention to detail and quality.

The company has an immediate need for a Cybersecurity/IT Administrator in their Seminole County plant.
