Oracle HRMS EBS Functional Testing Lead

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn functional test strategy and planning for AMS releases, patches, and enhancementsLead System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing cycles for Oracle HRMS EBSCoordinate testing for HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment & Learning Modules.Ensure adequate test coverage for payroll, statutory processing, and business-critical scenariosManage test execution, defect triage, retesting, and closure in coordination with AMS teamsMaintain RTM, test scenarios, test cases, and regression suitesDrive continuous improvement of testing processes and test assets

Required Skills & Experience10-14+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS E-Business Suite functional testingStrong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment & Learning Modules.Hands-on experience managing AMS testing cycles and release validationStrong understanding of HRMS business processes and payroll processing cyclesExperience in defect management and regression plannin g Testing & Delivery SkillsExperience working in ITIL-aligned AMS environmentsAbility to manage testing under production and payroll timelinesStrong stakeholder coordination and reporting skillsKnowledge of test management tools and documentation standar ds
