Occasional Client VisitsAre you an experienced IT Support or Cloud Engineer looking for a role where you’ll have real influence, not just another queue of tickets?We’re partnering with a well-established, growing MSP that is looking to add a Cloud Support Engineer to its close-knit technical team. This is a varied position offering exposure to Microsoft cloud technologies, infrastructure, networking, security and client-facing project work.You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, supporting a diverse client base while helping to shape processes, improve service delivery and contribute to technical projects across multiple environments.The RoleAs part of a small technical team, you’ll be involved in:Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environmentsTroubleshooting infrastructure, networking and security issuesManaging and maintaining cloud-based services and client systemsActing as a senior escalation point

Requirements
