Web Designer

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing and managing our company websites from the ground up, ensuring they are professional, user-friendly and aligned with our business objectives. In addition, you will be responsible for building and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms, helping to increase brand awareness and customer engagement., * Design, develop and launch company websites from concept through to completion.

• Maintain and regularly update website content, images and functionality.
• Ensure websites are responsive, mobile-friendly and optimised for performance.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings.
• Create landing pages, contact forms and other website features as required.
• Develop and manage social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging social media content including graphics, posts, videos and promotional campaigns.
• Build brand awareness and increase audience engagement through consistent social media activity.
• Monitor website and social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with management to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing and web design trends.

• Basic graphic design skills.

Desirable

• Experience with HTML, CSS and basic web development.
• Experience creating video content for social media.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and website performance tools.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
• Understanding of paid social media advertising.
