SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

As part of the Software Support team, you will assist customers in the use and optimization of software solutions dedicated to industrial production. You will be involved in technical issues related to CAD/CAM applications, MES systems, and data analytics solutions, while working closely with technical and development teams., * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers.

• Diagnose and resolve incidents reported via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Support users in the operation of CAD/CAM, MES, and data analytics applications.
• Escalate complex issues to advanced support, development, or engineering teams while ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain software applications on customer sites.
• Collaborate with technology support teams to identify and resolve issues related to advanced manufacturing systems.
• Deliver remote or on-site user training when required.
• Participate in software deployment, upgrade, and customer onboarding projects.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through effective communication and thorough follow-up of support requests.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel to subsidiaries and customer sites may be required for:

• Software upgrades and implementations.
• User training sessions.
• Technical meetings.
• On-site presentations and customer support activities.

Do you have experience in ERP systems?, You hold a degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

You have at least one year of experience in software support, technical assistance, or customer service within a technical environment.

Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment would be considered an advantage.

• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Knowledge of Dutch is considered a strong asset.
