Requirements
Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in cloud operations, infrastructure engineering, or production support. Oracle Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture, networking (VPC/VCN, subnets, firewalls), and Identity & Access Management (IAM). Experience troubleshooting and supporting Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and payloads (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML). Familiarity with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) administration and reporting framework support. Observability & Tools: Hands-on experience with monitoring and log analysis platforms such as Dynatrace and Splunk. Methodologies: Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
