Job description

Support the day-to-day execution of sourcing strategies for technology and eCommerce-related categories, with a focus on reducing costs and improving supplier performance.
Lead and support sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and bid analyses.
Conduct spend analysis, opportunity assessments, benchmarking, and should-cost modeling to identify cost savings and sourcing opportunities.
Develop award optimization scenarios and supplier recommendations to minimize total cost of ownership.
Support supplier relationship management activities, including supplier scorecards, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Review and administer supplier agreements, statements of work (SOWs), software licensing agreements, amendments, and other procurement documentation.
Partner with business stakeholders, legal teams, and suppliers to support sourcing strategies and contract execution.
Assist with savings tracking, sourcing analytics, and supplier performance reporting. What’s Needed?, + Opportunity to work remotely in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supplier management.
Experience supporting software, SaaS, cloud services, or technology procurement initiatives.
Hands-on experience supporting RFx processes (RFP, RFI, RFQ) from supplier selection through award recommendations.
Experience reviewing, negotiating, or administering contracts, SOWs, supplier agreements, or licensing agreements.
Demonstrated experience performing spend analysis, supplier analysis, benchmarking, or sourcing analytics.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience sourcing customer-facing technology solutions, digital platforms, or eCommerce-related technologies.
Exposure to AI, Generative AI, machine learning, or emerging technology vendors.
Experience supporting software licensing negotiations and subscription-based agreements.
Experience with supplier performance management, supplier scorecards, or vendor governance programs.
IT Services sourcing experience.
Experience working within consulting, system integrator, retail, or eCommerce environments. What Will Make You Successful?

Ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.

Self-starter capable of working independently while driving sourcing projects to completion.
