As a Staff member in Technology Operations, you will lead the management and execution of complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial plans. This role requires expertise in program budgeting, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful delivery across multiple projects. You will influence cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and provide strategic insights to optimize business operations. Your ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans will support continuous improvement and operational excellence within a dynamic technology environment.
About the team:
The Cross Border Solutions team drives revenue growth and marketplace profitability by enabling seamless global selling and shopping experiences. This team supports customers accessing international assortments through local marketplaces and assists sellers in global expansion. Collaborating with Sales, Technology, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Analytics, the team identifies opportunities and develops innovative solutions to address complex business challenges. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the team emphasizes strategic execution and delivers impactful outcomes that influence key business decisions at senior leadership levels.
What you’ll do:
- Manage program budgets, provide financial estimates, and monitor expenditures to support organizational goals.
- Assess project resources and risks to ensure successful completion of small to medium complexity initiatives.
- Monitor project progress against milestones, leading cross-functional meetings to address issues and maintain program health.
- Define program plans, charters, and performance baselines aligned with business priorities and operational factors.
- Build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships, influencing decisions through clear communication and sound recommendations.
- Translate business requirements into actionable strategies, driving execution and continuous improvement across teams.
- Evaluate ongoing program effectiveness and recommend enhancements to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in program management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of projects with small to medium complexity.
- Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, cost monitoring, and ROI projection for programs.
- Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Proficient in assessing business requirements and operational KPIs to support sound decision-making.
- Skilled in influencing and building consensus through clear, concise communication and relationship management.
- Practical knowledge of technology landscapes and translating business needs into strategic initiatives., Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.Option 2: 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
