Job description

Deploy, administer, and support Check Point security gateways (including VSX)
Manage and optimize Check Point firewall rulebase for performance and visibility
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Check Point firewalls in enterprise environments
Design and implement security policies aligned with business and compliance requirements
Administer Cisco Secure Firewall, Cisco ASA, and data center networking solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and validate security controls
Implement and manage security features such as:
IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems)
Geo-blocking
QoS policies
Ensure adherence to security best practices and standards
Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal IT teams

Requirements

10+ years of experience deploying and administering Check Point Security Gateways
10+ years of experience with Cisco data center networking products
5+ years of experience with Check Point VSX
Hands-on experience with Check Point R82
Strong experience in firewall configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
Previous or current Check Point and/or Cisco Certifications

Preferred Skills

Experience with Cisco Remote Access VPN solutions
Experience with Cisco FirePower
Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture
