• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in systems administration, systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a similar enterprise IT role.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Experience supporting Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise virtualization technologies.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, storage, and general enterprise networking concepts.
• Experience with enterprise backup and recovery technologies.
• Experience using PowerShell for systems administration or automation.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure monitoring and management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems across multiple systems and technology platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and technical priorities.

• Disaster recovery and business continuity technologies

Relevant Microsoft, Azure, virtualization, cloud, infrastructure, or security certifications are a plus.
