CDI - Senior Product Owner (F/H)

Drive multiple digital transformation projects within the CRM department, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer experience, business priorities, and product delivery. The role aims to structure, prioritize, and deploy high-impact CRM solutions to support customer insights and marketing activation.

• Master’s degree from a top-tier business school, engineering school, or university.
• 5 to 7+ years of experience in product management, digital project management, or CRM transformation
• Deep understanding of CRM, data, marketing automation
• Experience within luxury, premium, retail, or omnichannel environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong product mindset, business-driven approach, and execution focus.
• Mastery of Agile methodologies, backlog management, roadmap planning, and delivery.
• Comfortable working alongside technical, data, and business teams.
• Excellent communication, synthesis, and influencing skills.
• Fluent in both French and English.
