Policy Governance Program Manager - Remote/Hybrid

Lead the policy governance infrastructure behind safe, consistent, and compliant care across a growing multisite healthcare organization. Position Highlights

• Serve as the enterprise lead for policy governance and documentation standards across clinical and operational teams
• Build and manage the enterprise Policy Governance Framework and centralized policy library
• Lead development and lifecycle management of policies, SOPs, standing orders, scope of practice documents, forms, consents, and clinical documentation tools
• Administer the enterprise Document Management System, including version control, approval workflows, access, publication, and archival
• Maintain regulatory crosswalks and translate evolving requirements into clear organizational standards
• Develop governance dashboards, conduct documentation audits, and support regulatory and accreditation readiness
• Partner closely with Medical Leadership, Nursing, Compliance, Legal, Quality, Operations, and executive stakeholders
• Hybrid Florida role with statewide enterprise impact

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Active unrestricted Florida RN license
• Five or more years of clinical nursing experience
• Two or more years of healthcare policy, document control, regulatory compliance, quality, accreditation, clinical operations, or nursing leadership experience
• Direct experience developing and maintaining healthcare policies and governed clinical documentation
