Requirements

7+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Architecture, Analytics Engineering, BI, or related areas.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, including:
Lakehouse
OneLake
Direct Lake
Dataflows Gen2
Data Pipelines
Strong Power BI Semantic Model experience, including:
DAX
Composite Models
Aggregations
Incremental Refresh
Deployment Pipelines
Experience with Data Governance and Security, including RLS, OLS, dataset certification, workspace governance, and sensitivity labels.
Experience with governance/catalog platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Alation, Collibra, or similar tools.
SOX compliance experience, particularly with financial data, audit controls, lineage, access reviews, and change management.
Experience integrating Power BI/Fabric with third-party BI platforms.
Experience with XMLA endpoints, live connections, security passthrough, and performance tuning.
Experience with AI/LLM technologies, preferably Anthropic Claude or Azure OpenAI.
Strong solution architecture, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
