Description: Purpose: Provide operational and documentation support for the Disaster Recovery Program through recovery plan development, testing coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, and ServiceNow BCM administration. Callouts:

• Firm understanding of DR Principles required
• This role is fully remote but candidates must be near one of the offices - Providence RI, Allentown PA, or BOC in KY, * Develop and maintain DR Plans, Runbooks, and Test Plans.
• Update and maintain ServiceNow BCM records and recovery inventories.
• Coordinate meetings, testing schedules, and evidence collection activities.
• Track remediation actions, risks, and compliance metrics.
• Assist with audit evidence preparation and reporting.

2-5 years of IT, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Governance experience.

• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
