Job description

Agile Business Concepts, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Federal IT Program Manager / Task Management Lead to support a Federal Government IT program. The successful candidate will provide overall program and task management leadership, coordinating application development, O&M, modernization, project schedules, staffing, budgets, risks, deliverables, quality, and transition activities.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship is required
Minimum 8 years of IT project/program management experience
Minimum 5 years supporting Federal Government IT programs
Experience managing application development, O&M, modernization, or systems integration
Experience managing project schedules, WBS, staffing, budgets, risks, issues, and deliverables
Experience working directly with Government PMOs, technical teams, cybersecurity teams, and contractors
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or iterative SDLC/PMLC methodologies
Experience with transition-in/transition-out and knowledge transfer
Strong Government customer communication, reporting, and presentation skills
PMP certification preferred
FAA experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, cloud, or cybersecurity preferred
