Job description

Join a dynamic software modernization team as a Senior Back-End Engineer, driving innovation for enterprise healthcare and distribution platforms. You will play a pivotal role in transforming legacy systems, developing robust APIs, and leading cloud migration initiatives. Collaborate closely with top architects and technical leads in a fast-paced, modern engineering environment that values expertise and initiative., Design and develop scalable enterprise applications utilizing Java and Spring Boot

Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for high performance
Modernize legacy applications to meet evolving business needs
Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement performance optimizations
Partner with architects for effective application design and solutioning
Develop and support cloud-native solutions and migration projects
Write, review, and optimize advanced SQL queries
Contribute to CI/CD automation for streamlined development pipelines
Support containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
Participate in code reviews and help establish engineering best practices

Requirements

8+ years of professional software engineering experience

Deep expertise in Java development
Advanced proficiency with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
Proven track record building REST APIs and microservices
Strong SQL and database optimization skills
Hands-on experience in cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices
Excellent grasp of software design principles and scalable architecture
