SAP Security Specialist

• Lead business process, risk, and ruleset management, including risk analysis, remediation, and process controls development
• Design, test, and maintain SAP roles, segregation of duties (SoD) matrices, and access workflows
• Configure and maintain GRC solutions, perform continuous controls monitoring, and develop KPI dashboards
• Conduct risk assessments, document control effectiveness, and generate audit-ready reports and evidence
• Support SAP Basis operations including transport management and integration with SAP IdM and third-party IAM solutions
• Utilize tools such as PFCG, GRAC, GRPC, GRRM; support automation with scripts (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Monitor security alerts, handle violations, execute remediation, and coordinate incident response
• Lead GRC implementation and upgrade projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Develop SoD, risk, and compliance reports; conduct data analysis to identify access anomalies
• Provide training to users and auditors; maintain clear documentation of GRC policies and role designs

Deep expertise in SAP GRC suite administration and configuration

• Strong knowledge of Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, Audit Management
• Proven experience with business risk analysis, remediation, and control documentation
• Proficiency in SAP role design, SoD management, and GRC reporting
• Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, transport management, and system integration
• Basic ABAP debugging and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, FISMA)
• Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• 15 years of SAP Security experience
