• We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on workflow design and automation. This role will support the development, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience across the organization. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer and/or ServiceNow Workflow Editor
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with ServiceNow data model, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow back-end functionality and operations, including working across multiple application scopes, and system table structure
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote-work environment
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
