Test Manager (Data Migration)- Dutch Speaking

• Define and own the overall testing approach covering data migration, data consistency and downstream impact testing.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams, squads, stakeholders and external vendors.
• Establish clear test plans, acceptance criteria, entry and exit criteria, and testing governance.
• Manage dependencies, risks, defects and escalations to ensure successful programme delivery.
• Continuously improve and optimise testing processes within an active programme environment.

Do you have experience in ERP systems?, You are an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in large-scale data migration and transformation programmes. You are comfortable working in complex environments where multiple teams, systems and stakeholders are involved, and you have the ability to bring structure and accountability to ongoing initiatives. You combine strategic oversight with a hands-on approach and can effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders., * 7+ years of experience as a Test Manager within large-scale data migration programmes.

• Strong understanding of data landscapes including integration layers, data warehouses, data marts and reporting environments.
• Experience working in complex multi-team environments with significant dependencies and ongoing change.
• Excellent stakeholder management, conflict resolution and delivery management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, with experience in Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Mortgage domains or vendor management considered a strong advantage.
