Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.

Solid understanding of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Candidate Experience Management (CXM), and Onboarding processes.

Proven expertise in configuring business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, templates, and onboarding/recruiting forms.

Working knowledge of integration technologies, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs, and middleware solutions for seamless system connectivity.

Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements by collaborating with HR teams and key business stakeholders.

Good understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition workflows, and end-to-end employee lifecycle management.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve functional and system-related issues effectively.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver solutions in a dynamic business environment.
