Requirements

• Lead and support the transition from the existing SAP landscape to SAP S/4HANA.

• Ensure the quality and integrity of business processes, data, and systems throughout the transformation journey.

• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

• Drive a secure, efficient, and future-ready SAP implementation.

• Support project activities related to planning, reporting, governance, and documentation.

• Identify, manage, and monitor project risks and mitigation strategies.

• Ensure quality assurance, compliance, and traceability across projects and system landscapes.

• Support the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, execution, testing, handover, and post-implementation evaluation.

• Maintain strong focus on system stability, data quality, and process consistency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong experience in data migration, system integration, and test management within SAP environments.

• Hands-on experience with quality management processes and governance in SAP projects.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and PRINCE2.

• Experience working with SAP ECC environments.

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects is highly preferred.

• SAP certifications or project management certifications such as SAP Activate or PMP are an added advantage.
