ERP Application Lead

Are you an IT professional who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology?We are looking for an ERP Application Lead (m/f/x) to join an international real estate organization with a growing multi-country footprint.In this role, you will provide technical support, system administration, and user training across the organization. Your primary focus will be ensuring the day-to-day stability and performance of the JD Edwards ERP system, maintaining availability, data integrity, and alignment with local business processes.You will act as a facilitator between users and systems, helping teams work more efficiently, improving processes, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple entities. Tasks and responsibilities of the ERP Application Lead in AmsterdamYou will support the organization across operational IT, user support, and continuous improvement initiativesServe as first line support for JD Edwards (core modules used by finance, property management, procurement, fixed

assets) and integrated systemsTroubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and user-access issues; escalate to JD Edwards functional/technical teams or vendor support when neededManage user accounts, roles, security and segregation of duties (SoD) across country deploymentsSupport users across multiple countries and business units Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and processesProduce and maintain technical and user documentation, runbooks and change logsDeliver user training, create how-to guides, and run change management for JD Edwards workflows and process changesCoordinate with regional IT, external JD Edwards consultants and business process owners for projects, rollouts and upgradesEnsure compliance with IT security policies, backups, DR plans and data privacy/regulatory requirements per countryAbout the OrganizationYou will be part of a leading international real estate investment firm that partners with early- and growth-stage companies across multiple markets. Its focus is on creating long-term value by investing in businesses with strong fundamentals and attractive growth potential.Your profile Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or similar (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of experience in IT support, ERP support, or similar rolesBasic understanding of ERP systems (e.g. finance modules like AP/AR/GL) - JD Edwards is a plus, not requiredExperience with user management, access rights, and general IT support environmentsWillingness to travel occasionally (approx. once per month)Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on mindsetAbility to explain technical topics to non-technical users in a clear and structured wayComfortable working in an international environment and occasional travelFluency in English (written and spoken) is
