Senior Backend Engineer, Growth & MSSP

This role will focus on building the backend systems that support customer lifecycle workflows, access controls, and subscription-based capabilities within a multi-tenant SaaS environment. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to improve provisioning, onboarding, observability, and compliance-related functionality. The work will also support managed security service provider offerings and help ensure a scalable, reliable experience for customers., * Design and implement backend services for licensing and access control

• Build provisioning and onboarding workflows for automatic customer activation
• Develop infrastructure for user access controls and account settings
• Build capabilities for managed security service provider offerings
• Implement audit logging for compliance and support purposes
• Develop a notifications platform for user alerts and announcements
• Contribute production code with high standards of quality and observability

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of software engineering experience in modern programming languages, such as Python, Go, TypeScript, or similar
• Experience building applications on cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, using Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, including tenant isolation and access controls
• Hands-on experience with licensing, subscription, entitlement, and usage metering systems
