Job description

We have a contract opportunity for a process-improvement oriented IT Program Coordinator in downtown Seattle. This individual will be embedded in the IT Operations Department, working in support of their IT Manager, to help support project scheduling, applications support, team coordination, documentation, and technical support. This is a very process-driven role, and as such prefers someone with PMI or PMP certifications.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, * 2+ years in IT Project Coordination or Project Management position

  • Experience supporting a wide variety of IT operations projects, from system implementations, database support, configuration, testing, and technical support.
  • 5+ years in IT Support + Configuration Role
  • 3+ years utilizing and supporting ServiceNow
  • Superb communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong organizational skills (loves a spreadsheet, loves to streamline a process.)

Huge bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working in IT for a large educational institution (University, K-12 School District, etc…)
  • PMP, PMI Certs
  • Experience using and supporting Student Information Systems, * IT Project Coordination or Project Management: 2 years (Required)
  • ServiceNow: 3 years (Required)
  • Student information system: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • PMI Certification (Preferred)
