• Collaborate with other IT staff or departments to address complex technical issues effectively.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance overall efficiency and security.

• Proven experience in technical troubleshooting support within an IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting, including diagnosing connectivity issues and configuring network devices.
• Familiarity with IP intercom systems or similar communication hardware is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users and document technical procedures.
• Knowledge of relevant intercom/operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware components is essential.
