Oracle HCM Benefits Analyst

Client is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Benefits Analyst to support a highly complex Oracle HCM environment with an immediate focus on Open Enrollment activities. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Benefits administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization., The organization supports a highly complex benefits landscape that includes approximately 15 union groups, retiree populations, and thousands of unique benefit plans and rate combinations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM Benefits configuration, eligibility rules, hierarchy structures, open enrollment processes, and data analysis., n \n

• Serve as the Oracle HCM Benefits subject matter expert. \n

• Lead support for Open Enrollment activities and annual benefits administration. \n

• Configure and maintain eligibility profiles, life events, rates, coverages, and enrollment rules. \n

• Support a highly complex benefits structure involving retirees, union populations, and thousands of benefit rate and plan combinations. \n

• Analyze organizational hierarchies and ensure proper benefits eligibility and enrollment processing. \n

• Utilize OTBI and data queries to research, troubleshoot, and resolve benefits-related issues. \n

• Read, analyze, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas used within Oracle HCM Benefits. \n

• Leverage HDL to support data loads, updates, and maintenance activities. \n

• Partner with HR, Benefits, and technical teams to resolve issues and enhance system functionality. \n

• Provide production support for benefits-related incidents, integrations, and enrollment activities. \n

• Maintain system accuracy and ensure benefits configurations align with business requirements. \n

This position requires a hands-on professional who can independently navigate data, write queries, troubleshoot issues, and support complex benefit rules and plan designs., * 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM experience with a strong focus on Benefits, * Strong understanding of organizational hierarchy structures and hierarchy-related benefits processing \n

• Ability to create and execute data queries to analyze and troubleshoot benefits data \n

• Experience using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) \n

• Ability to read and interpret Oracle Fast Formulas \n

• Experience with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) \n

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills \n

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer issues in a fast-paced environment \n
