Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Java, Selenium, Cucumber BDD, and Serenity or similar tools.
2. Develop API automation tests using Rest Assured and perform SQL-based data validation across ETL processes, data pipelines, MDM, and data APIs.
3. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and execute unit, integration, API, smoke, system, and performance testing.
4. Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and product teams to establish test strategies, analyze defects, report quality metrics, review automation code, and mentor team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

7+ years of experience in quality engineering and test automation, including automation framework development, API testing, SQL-based data validation, CI/CD integration, and AI-assisted testing tools.

Technical Skills

Java, Selenium, Cucumber BDD, Serenity, Rest Assured, SQL, ETL and Data Pipeline Testing, CI/CD, AI-Assisted Testing Tools, Performance Testing

Business / Domain Skills

1. Experience supporting enterprise financial services and investment management applications, ensuring reliable business operations, accurate data processing, and consistent quality across customer-facing and internal systems.
2. Experience validating business rules, application workflows, interfaces, data, batch processes, and end-to-end transactions through functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
3. Experience testing enterprise data platforms, master data management, ETL pipelines, data warehouse processes, and data APIs to ensure data integrity, accuracy, consistency, and reliable downstream reporting.
4. Experience collaborating with product owners, developers, data engineers, and quality engineering teams in Agile environments to establish test strategies, improve automation coverage, report quality metrics, and support continuous delivery and responsible AI-assisted testing practices.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments and enterprise data warehouse technologies.

1. Experience mentoring automation engineers and coordinating quality engineering across product teams.
2.
