Job description

• Lead Oracle HCM quarterly testing and system upgrades, including reviewing updates, assessing impacts, validating functionality, and identifying potential issues.
• Maintain HR data accuracy, integrity, and compliance through routine audits, reconciliations, and data quality checks.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support business needs and leadership decision-making.
• Analyze HR and recruiting data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support HR technology projects, including system enhancements, implementations, workflow automation, and process improvements.
• Partner with HRIS, HR Operations, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system and data issues and recommend solutions.
• Create and maintain SOPs, system workflows, technical documentation, and process standards across HR systems.
• Manage multiple HR technology and data initiatives while ensuring deadlines, data accuracy, and business requirements are met.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HRIS / HR Systems experience
• Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, or UAT
• Strong HR data auditing, validation, and reconciliation experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience creating HR reports and analytics
• Experience with HR technology/process improvement projects
