  • Technisches Klassifizieren der Kundenanfragen inkl. Lösen oder ggf. Weiterleiten an nachgelagerte Facheinheiten

Requirements

  • Affinität zur IT und grundlegende IT-Kenntnisse (z.B. gängige Betriebssysteme und Microsoft Office Anwendungen)
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Support oder telefonischer Kundenbetreuung sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
