Onsite Support für MS Windows Clients (Notebook, Desktop)
- Anwenderunterstützung für MS Office und kundenspezifische Software
- Netzwerk- und Serversupport sowie Betreuung für VoIP
- Basis-Hardwarereparaturen
- Service Koordination und Einsatzsteuerung
Requirements
Erfahrungen im Bereich 1st und 2nd Level Onsite Support
- gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
- gute Kenntnisse Windows Betriebssysteme und MS Office
- Grundkenntnisse Netzwerk (CISCO, WAN, LAN, DHCP, DNS)
- Rufbereitschaft
