Desktop Support Engineer

We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to support users, devices, and endpoint technologies in a Microsoft-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and experience managing devices through Microsoft Intune.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end users
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows laptops and desktops
• Manage devices using Microsoft Intune
• Support software installations, upgrades, and patching
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and printing issues
• Configure and support Microsoft 365 applications
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset inventory
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support endpoint security initiatives

• 2+ years of desktop support or endpoint administration experience
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365 support
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
