Job description

  • Support the coordination and resolution of operational incidents across key business areas (e.g., Supply Chain, Customer Care, IT Systems, and Logistics).
  • Monitor and identify disruptions in processes and escalate issues when needed.
  • Drive structured incident management processes, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and post-mortems.
  • Maintain incident logs, root cause documentation, and post-mortem analyses to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist in defining and improving incident response workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths.
  • Support the implementation of preventive measures and optimized SOPs to reduce recurring operational issues.
  • Act as a reliable coordination point during incidents, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-2 years in operations, logistics, project coordination, or incident/support roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel or GSheets and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Monday.com). ERP system knowledge is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and project management skills.
  • Hands-on: Eager to learn, take on new challenges, and move the company forward.
