Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support Fehleranalyse und Behebung technischer Probleme Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software Pflege von Benutzerkonten und IT-Systemen Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Dokumentation von Prozessen
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Support von Vorteil Technisches Verständnis und serviceorientiertes Denken Sicherer Umgang mit Windows- und Microsoft-365-Umgebungen Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
