Professionelle Abwicklung aller Supportanfragen im 1st Level im Software- und Hardwarebereich per Ticketsystem, Telefon und E-Mail inklusive Fehleranalyse, -lösung und -dokumentation Erfassung von spezifischen Problemstellungen und Weiterleitung an den 2nd Level Support Installieren, Konfigurieren und Verwalten von Endgeräten (Laptop, Smartphone, Drucker) Implementation und Installation sowie Update von Software-Programmen Installation und Konfiguration von Client Hard- und Softwarekomponenten Einrichtung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hard- und Software sowie Windows-Betriebssysteme Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität sowie Problemlösungskompetenz Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis sowie Kommunikationsstärke
