Betreuung und Beratung der Kunden telefonisch und vor Ort sowie die Übernahme der Ticketbearbeitung vom Eingang bis zur Lösung Erstellen und Nachfassen von Angeboten Weiterentwicklung des IT-Monitoring Systems Erstellung der Dokumentationen Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten
Requirements
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support wünschenswert Gute Kenntnisse in der Microsoft-Umgebung und im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen Hohe technische Affinität sowie Kommunikationsstärke
