Job description

Betreuung des User-Helpdesks und Übernahme des 1st & 2nd Level-Supports Erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende in täglichen IT-Fragen Durchführung von Installationen, Wartungen und Konfigurationen von Soft- und Hardware Analyse und Behebung von Störungsmeldungen Verantwortlich für die Benutzerverwaltung und die Datensicherung sowie Erteilung der Zugriffsrechte

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene informationstechnische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Client-Server-Lösungen Routiniert im Umgang mit MS-Active-Directory und VMware Virtualisierung Hohe technische Affinität sowie analytisches Denkvermögen Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Serviceorientierung
