Director, Next-Gen Mobility & Endpoint Engineering | Onsite Hybrid

Set the enterprise vision and roadmap for next-generation MDM and endpoint technologies.

• Lead a team of engineers focused on design, architecture, and rapid innovation.
• Build a secure, modern BYOD strategy that gives employees a great experience while meeting enterprise security and compliance standards.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging devices, including reMarkable and other e-ink tablets, foldables, AI-enabled endpoints, and new mobile platforms.
• Engineer endpoint management solutions using cloud technologies, automation, Zero Trust security, and intelligent device lifecycle management.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify technologies that will shape the future workplace and create a competitive advantage.
• Champion user-centric mobility that balances flexibility, privacy, productivity, and cybersecurity.
• Drive innovation across endpoint provisioning, security, compliance, telemetry, and the mobile user experience.

Director-level leadership experience in enterprise mobility, endpoint engineering, digital workplace, or modern device management.

• Expertise designing enterprise MDM environments with Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, Jamf, MobileIron, or similar platforms.
• A strong background in BYOD architecture, Zero Trust security, endpoint protection, identity management, and cloud-first infrastructure.
• Experience evaluating and deploying emerging mobile technologies and modern productivity devices.
• The ability to anticipate technology trends and turn them into practical enterprise solutions.
• A proven record leading highly skilled engineering teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
