The System Administrator (ConnectWise) will split time between providing remote escalated support and taking the lead in maintaining the server/networking infrastructures across various locations and helping your technical team modernize infrastructures.At this time, we are only considering System Administrator (ConnectWise) applicants with previous MSP experience.System Administrator (ConnectWise) Job Responsibilities:Provide remote and on-site server/workstation/network support and maintenanceInstall applications and operating systems on customer hardwareInvestigate user problems and identify their source; determine solutions; test and implement solutionsConfigure and install servers (Windows 2016-2022), firewalls (Cisco, SonicWALL, Meraki, Fortinet), switches (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Unifi), and other related equipment, devices, and systemsWork in conjunction with the Project Manager to implement projects successfullySystem Administrator (ConnectWise) Knowledge Requirements:Strong
